Students need to score a 55% or greater on the TEAS for the Practical Nursing (LPN) program, 62% or greater for the Professional Nursing (ADN/RN) program or a 72% or greater for the BSN program. Attend an online Nursing Information Session to learn more about TEAS scores.

The time it takes to graduate depends on the program and student. You can choose from over 50 programs in a variety of areas of study, from Certificates and Diplomas to Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degrees.

Plus, many of our online programs feature Empowered Learning^® courses which allow you to go faster when you can and slower when you need to. 14-day attendance windows keep you on track and connected.

The Tampa/Brandon services feature excellent facilities in a cozy space—including classrooms, a computer lab and a learning and collaboration space. It also has a Simulation Center and updated labs, including a labor and delivery room, an ICU and a medical-surgical simulation room.

Though the space is great, the people are what make the campus unique. Rasmussen University faculty understand the school’s culture and always put their students first. The University is a great place to interact with the professors, get to know fellow students and knock out some homework in a supportive environment.

Rasmussen College opened in 1900 as a higher education business school in St. Paul, Minnesota. In 2020, Rasmussen College became Rasmussen University to better represent Rasmussen students and graduates.
