Investing in Your Education
Your program costs include full time tuition, fees, books, and living expenses incurred while attending your program. At Rasmussen College, we are providing these costs pursuant to federal regulations set forth by the Department of Education. Rasmussen College does not offer students housing, therefore the room and board costs are $0 for all academic programs.
You have several options available to pay for your program costs, after eligible grants and/or scholarships:
- Federal student loans
- Private student loans issued to you through banks, credit unions, etc.
- Institutional debt/loans issued to you by your college (Note: Rasmussen College does not offer student loans)
On-time Completion Rates
On-time completion rate has been defined by the Department of Education as the percent of graduates who finish the program in normal time. At Rasmussen College, normal time is considered the length of time to complete your program when taking 12 credits each quarter (or around 3 courses). For a 90 credit Associate's program, this would be eight quarters, or 2 years.

Programmatic Outcome Rates
Graduate Programmatic Outcome Rates are based on September 2013 – June 2014 graduates and includes those employed in their field of study, in a position that required their degree or continuing their education. This rate includes graduates across all programs and campuses and does not specify that each graduate was placed by Rasmussen College in their current position; some graduates find jobs on their own while others maintain previously held employment. This rate excludes graduates who were unavailable due to military service, a medical condition, an international location, or are incarcerated or deceased.
Starting Salary Data
Average Starting Salary data includes earnings of September 2013 – June 2014 Rasmussen College graduates who reported salary information, reviewed 12 months after graduation. This data does not specify that each graduate was placed by Rasmussen College in their current position; some graduates find jobs on their own while others maintain previously held employment.
